This is the Olympus branded Panasonic BT-H1350Y. A very high line count tube at 750TVL. I don't think there are any differences between the Panasonic and the Olympus, but the Olympus was made to be used in hospital settings, and typically those models did have higher standard. Plus the medical white color just looks cool, and is definitely more uncommon.
Has every input you could want, composite, s video, component and rgb.
