These are the little black rivets that hold the plastic back piece onto the metal sides. They have a tendency to break, and these work perfect as a replacement. Just make sure you hold the plastic backing against the metal sides while you push the rivet through.
Generally you only need 6 or 8 of them, this is for 20 pieces. In case some break, or maybe you need them for more than one.
These are pretty universal for Sony PVM's. I'm pretty sure they work on any that use this style of rivet. 14L5, 14M4U, 14M2U, 1353MD etc.
